Give Me Tomorrow: Curator and Artists in Conversation

Join Maryna Shcherbenko, curator of the Give Me Tomorrow project, to learn about the curatorial vision of the exhibition. Shcherbenko will discuss how she champions the work of contemporary Ukrainian artists in her curatorial practice. Further, she will explore what curation looks like under the conditions of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the challenges for artists with studio practices in these conditions, and what visual artists uniquely offer in times of war.

Mariia Proshkovska, Maria Stoianova, Yarema Malashchuk, Piotr Armianovski will participate in the conversation.

Project includes works by contemporary Ukrainian artists Piotr Armianovski, Andrii Dostliev and Lia Dostlieva, Zoia Laktionova, Yarema Malashchuk & Roman Khimei, Mariia Proshkovska, Maria Stoianova.

Give Me Tomorrow is organized by the Shcherbenko Art Centre and curated by Maryna Shcherbenko. The exhibition is co-presented by the Ukrainian Resource and Development Centre and the John & Maggie Mitchell Art Gallery. The project is on display till January 14, 2023.
