I most often create from sensations. Initially, I don’t know how to visually depict it. It sounds very abstract inside, amorphous: ‘Air. Some kind of mist. Well, I don’t know, maybe it’s absorbing air…’ Like that. And when it comes to showing this ‘absorbing air,’ I have no idea what it will be. Then I find a form that reflects the thoughts in a way that satisfies me, and so that the visual message is understood.
