Biography
Piotr Armianovski (Donetsk, 1985) is a Ukrainian performer and director, MSc in Computer Science. Studied theatre and performance art in Kyiv, Lviv and Moscow including “School of Performance” by Janusz Bałdyga, “Artist is present” by Marina Abramović. In his works Armianovski explores the themes of memory, the loss of a home, social and symbolic constructs of everyday life. Received special prize of the Young Ukrainian Artist (MUHi) 2019 competition. In 2020 Armianovski received a scholarship of Gaude Polonia by the Ministry of Culture of Poland.
